ZANARA, a strategy, design, and technology consultancy, is making a significant move with the launch of its new AI-focused ServiceNow practice.

This step solidifies ZANARA's place as a serious player in AI and digital transformation. Leading this new venture is Elie Alam, a seasoned industry expert who has held senior roles at Deloitte and Accenture, with over 25 years of experience driving technology transformation at scale.

Elie's background in AI, digital transformation, and enterprise technology makes him the right person to lead ZANARA's push into AI-powered ServiceNow solutions. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations across the globe integrate tools like ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and Generative AI to improve both customer and employee experiences. Most recently at RBC and Baker Hughes, he delivered multi-year employee experience roadmaps that measurably advanced engagement and operations. At ZANARA, he will guide businesses in streamlining workflows, improving customer and employee journeys, and achieving concrete, measurable results.

"I'm excited to join ZANARA to launch the customer and employee experience venture powered by ServiceNow. The firm's track record in experience design and digital transformation really stands out, and together we can deliver the full range of services and custom applications our clients need," said Elie Alam. "The time is right. Companies are increasingly looking for boutique partners who offer quicker results and a fresh perspective, compared to the larger consultancies."

The new ServiceNow AI practice arrives at a moment when businesses across sectors are turning to predictive analytics and AI to stay competitive. ZANARA, already known for its hands-on approach to strategy, design, and technology implementations, will now offer AI-driven solutions to help companies automate workflows, optimize operations, and deliver highly personalized experiences.

"As companies dive deeper to leverage AI to improve their customer and employee experience, it's critical that we provide the solutions they need to stay ahead," said Karim Salabi, Co-founder and Partner at ZANARA. "With Elie's leadership and our established expertise in digital transformation, we're excited to guide our clients into this new era."
